TCN’s UPSTART Roundtable: Women Founders with Felicia Jadczak from She Geeks Out

TCN UpStart Roundtables are monthly gatherings at the Venture Cafe that bring together Boston-area early-stage startups and seasoned entrepreneurs. This free series with The Capital Network, Venture Cafe, and Silicon Valley Bank is a great opportunity for you to ask burning questions about starting a company and meet other like-minded entrepreneurs in a casual cafe setting.

This week we welcome Felicia Jadczak, co-founder of She Geeks Out, a Boston-based organization on a mission to provide a safe space for women in STEM to connect and learn from each other.


felicia-jadczak Felicia is a Philadelphia native who has been in the Boston area since 2006. She has worked in the technology field for nearly ten years. Over the years, she has worn a number of different hats, working on everything from consulting projects for government SBIR and STTR awardees, to market research for new inventions, to running innovation programs for R&D teams. She holds an MBA and a Masters in Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, and is the proud product of a liberal arts undergraduate education. Felicia loves street art, french fries, wine, and rock climbing.


Pete McDonald is the Relationship Manager the Emerging Technology Practice at Silicon Valley Bank. Pete has over 20 years of experience working with startups and works primarily with early stage Technology and Life Science companies. Pete moderates The Capital Network’s Upstart program which is a series of fireside chats with entrepreneurs held at the Venture Cafe (CIC Kendall) once a month.
